Adding the App
First, follow the steps on Becoming a Consultant if you haven't already
Go to Settings > Integrations
Click on the Add Zoom Button
On the Zoom permissions page, check the checkbox that says "Allow this app to use my shared access permissions"
Click the Allow button
You should be redirected you back to the integrations page. Refresh the page. Your newly added Zoom integration should appear
Usage
- Meeting:write - Schedule meetings on behalf of consultants. Clients should be able to view listings, and book Zoom consultations / appointments with consultants (life coaches / therapists) on a freebusy scheduler
- User:read - View user information / display the email associated with Zoom integration / verify integration is connected. This is a requirement for relating the user id on the deauthorization payload thus a prerequisite for Zoom Oauth
Removal
- Log into your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
- Click Manage → Added Apps or search for the Need to Talk
- Click the Remove button
